It’s finally fall, y’all! Unfortunately, it doesn’t quite feel like it in Austin yet, but we’ll get there soon. I know I’ve been absent on the blog and social media lately, but I’m getting back into the routine of posting, and have some really great looks coming your way soon featuring a bad@$$ boutique.
For right now, though, I decided to do a quick Instagram roundup of outfits I’ve posted this month on IG that didn’t make it to the blog. Hope you enjoy!
When we visited Charleston this summer on vacation, we were lucky enough to get to eat at Sean Brock’s restaurant, Husk. We started out with a couple of drinks at the bar, which is in the old Carriage House next to the restaurant, and then moved into the restaurant when our table was ready. Both spaces were so beautiful and quintessentially Charleston. The restaurant has a beautiful courtyard outside that lends itself to absolutely gorgeous photos and embodies the overall warmth and welcome we experienced the entire time we were in Charleston.
Happy Monday, y’all! I hope you had a great weekend!
Today I want to share this super cute blue romper that has the most adorable floral print on it. This blue romper will be such an easy piece to wear in the fall. I have it styled for summer in these photos, but I see so many different ways I can wear it as a transitional outfit for fall. How cute would it be with a rust colored cardigan, and some taupe booties?! I also absolutely adore the little slit in the back. It definitely helps keep you cool during these dog days of summer and adds some visual interest to the back of the romper.
Don’t you just love versatile pieces? I know I do! Typically when I’m shopping for new items to add to my wardrobe, versatility is one of the major factors I take into consideration when purchasing. Most of my closet consists of versatile pieces that can be worn in a multitude of ways to create fresh, new looks. This leads me to these adorable high-waist floral shorts from Strut boutique here in Austin. As you can see from the photos above, they are so versatile! With just changing a couple of pieces, you can have a completely different look wearing these shorts.
Happy Tuesday Shoesday! Today I’m sharing these super chic block heel sandals from Strut boutique here in Austin and this ADORABLE tie front romper from Francesca’s. I’ve partnered with Strut on a couple of upcoming posts, so stay tuned to see what those are! While shopping for our collaboration I found these super comfortable and chic block heel sandals, and I just love them. They are also very comfortable and go with everything! I wore them all day on Sunday and my feet never complained once. 🙂
